Fathers Day: Tri-tip BBQ Marinade Recipe
Make dinner for Dad on Fathers Day! He will love a simple, grilled tri-tip dinner with all of the trimmings. This is the best marinade I have found for tri-tip or ball-tip roasts. Simple, fast, and easy! INGREDIENTS 4-6 cloves of crushed garlic
1 ounce Worcestershire sauce (I usually use a little bit more - experiment!)
1/4 Teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon honey
1/8 Cup olive oil
Crush the garlic, and add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Blend Thoroughly. Place meat in a medium "zip lock" type freezer bag, and add the marinade on top of the meat. Work the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least an hour. For best results, let soak in the marinade overnight. |
